SERVICE
1. Acceptance & Age Restrictions
By downloading, installing, or accessing the Loyalli mobile application (the "App") or https://loyalli.detlixx.com, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Provider.
2. Offline Fallback & Storage Mechanics
Loyalli is designed to function offline, but requires an active internet connection upon initial launch. During this phase, the App downloads necessary merchant logos and a localized batch of community-shared cards into your device's local memory (AsyncStorage).
If you lose internet access, the App will use these downloaded fallback cards. WARNING: We do not guarantee that fallback cards will remain valid. If you remain offline for extended periods, the cached cards may expire, be deleted by the original publisher, or be rejected by the merchant. You bear full responsibility for utilizing offline fallback assets.
3. Sharing Mechanics, Restrictions & Rotation
Loyalli strictly categorizes card sharing into two distinct modes. You may ONLY share cards that you own and have legally obtained.
A. Local (P2P) Sharing
You may generate a secure, static link to share your personal card directly with a known contact. This link encapsulates all necessary card parameters (including ID, barcode format, store identifier, barcode value, category, and regional locale) into a compressed token. This data is static, always available, and remains strictly private between the sender and the recipient.
B. Public (Community) Publishing
Cards published to the public vault are accessible to the community. When a user searches for a merchant, the App queries the database based on localization (e.g., sk_SK) and utilizes a randomization/rotation algorithm. We do NOT guarantee any specific card will be displayed.
C. Screenshot Prohibition
Capturing screenshots of any card within the Service is strictly forbidden. The Loyalli mobile application employs active technical countermeasures to block screen capturing. While technical limitations prevent us from blocking screenshots on the web platform (https://loyalli.detlixx.com), doing so is a direct violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of access.
4. Merchant Relations & Takedown Policy
The Provider respects the intellectual property rights and operational guidelines of all retail merchants. We operate strictly as a neutral hosting provider for user-generated content under "Fair Use" doctrines.
Attention Merchants & Corporate Entities
If you are a representative of a retail brand, merchant, or corporation and have any concerns regarding the display of your brand assets, or if you believe the community sharing of your loyalty cards violates your specific Terms of Use, we are fully committed to cooperating with you.

Upon verified request, we can swiftly purge specific cards, block specific store names from our public database, or remove associated brand logos entirely.
5. Mandatory In-App Tracking (Session Replay)
Unlike the web platform, the Loyalli Mobile Application requires operational tracking to function safely and efficiently. By using the Mobile App, you provide explicit, unrevokable consent to the collection of operational telemetry (via Sentry, RevenueCat, and Rybbit).
SESSION REPLAY: We utilize Session Replay tools strictly to reproduce bugs, identify application crashes, and fix UI issues. By accepting these terms, you consent to this analytical tracking for quality assurance purposes.
6. Anti-Spam & Device Banning
Every shared card is cryptographically linked to a unique Device ID. The Provider monitors the database for abuse, including the upload of fake, malicious, or non-loyalty barcodes.
If the Provider determines, at its sole discretion, that a User is spamming the Community Vault, the associated Device ID will be permanently banned from the network without prior notice.
7. App Deletion & Orphaned Data
You may uninstall Loyalli at any time. However, if you have published cards to the Community Vault, you MUST unpublish them prior to deleting the App.
Deleting the App wipes your local cryptographic keys. Any public cards left behind become "orphaned" and will remain in the public database. To remove an orphaned card, you must contact us via email, providing the exact email address you attached to the card payload to prove ownership.
8. Subscriptions & No-Refund Policy
All premium features, subscriptions, and financial transactions are processed exclusively through Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Loyalli does not process payments and cannot issue refunds.If you require a refund or wish to cancel a subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
9. Integrations & Feedback
9.1 Notifications & Widgets: The App utilizes push notifications for user retention. Widgets draw data exclusively from local device storage. We are not responsible if background tasks are restricted by your OS.
9.2 Feedback: Any feedback, tickets, or feature requests submitted become the intellectual property of the Provider.
10. Absolute Waiver of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LOYALLI, ITS CREATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF A MERCHANT REJECTS A DIGITAL CARD, CONFISCATES YOUR DEVICE, BANS YOUR LOYALTY ACCOUNT, OR DEDUCTS POINTS DUE TO THE USE OF A COMMUNITY CARD. YOU USE THIS SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO UPTIME GUARANTEES.
10.1 Liability Cap (Maximum Damages)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the aggregate liability of the Provider exceed the greater of fifty euros (€50.00)
